We Believe

“The Constitutionalist Society is an organization of American citizens sharing a love for our Republic: our land, laws, customs, traditions, symbols, government and history: formed in fellowship for the purpose of educating the American people about the blessings of Liberty, Freedom and the US Constitution.

The Constitutionalist Society is an LLC Private Corporation working publicly to advance the liberties established by the Founding Fathers, delegated, guaranteed and protected by our US Constitution and Bill of Rights.

The Constitutionalist Society believes the Liberty and Freedom of the American people are unique in history and underlie the prosperity, long enjoyed by its citizens.

The Constitutionalist Society believe as the Founding Fathers did, that a well-educated electorate is necessary for the perpetuity of our Republic; to that end, we work to promote, encourage and advance the following principles:

1.) Preserve, protect and defend the US Constitution;

2.) That all persons are created equal and endowed by our Creator with unalienable rights that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, and that they should be treated on the basis of their individual merits and not on the basis of race, ethnicity or other accidents of birth;

3.) The Rule of Law, from which no person may exempt themselves or others;

4.) Sovereignty of Individual Rights and power over the State and Federal governments.  Government derives its authority from the consent of the governed;  Government by consent of the people and people sovereignty;

5.) Therefore, the State and Federal governments enjoy only those rights specifically delegated by the People to each.  The Federal government is limited to only those powers specifically assigned it, including the separation of powers by means of checks and balances, with sovereignty of the States over the Federal government;   Limited and defined powers delegated to the branches of government, including the separation of powers by means of checks and balances, and the sovereignty of the States over the Federal government, as defined in the US Constitution;

6.) A Free-Market Economy with minimum government regulations, but which include appropriate protections for human dignity, and environmental protection;

7.) Peace through strength, including secured borders and legal immigration;

8.) The sanctity of marriage and the family based on Judeo-Christian values;

9.) Balanced budgets at all levels of government: local, district, state and federal;

10.) Honor and respect for the sacrifice and honored and noble accomplishments of the Founding Fathers, especially the founding of our American Republic and the admonition “Keep it if we can”;

11.) The election of leaders of intelligence and strong moral character.”
